The Trades Report may be distributed by the Guidance Department to all within the high school community including all students, parents/guardians, and staff. The Trades Report must not be shared where the general public (outside of the high school community) has access to it, e.g., a public page on the school website, social media, etc.
How to distribute:
A password giving access to The Trades Report will be given to the Guidance Department. The Guidance Counsellor can share access to The Trades Report in the following ways:
The Guidance Counsellor can download The Trades Report and distribute it to the high school community (students, parents/guardians, staff) via the internal method their school uses for communication, e.g., posted on secure portals (portals that require a password), such as a student and/or parent portal, Google Classroom, myBlueprint, Career Cruising, etc., or attached to an email or newsletter.*
The Trades Report may also be copied for distribution within the high school.
